自从在网上流出你们以双重标准的方式来对待东马及西马的客户后,我开始做做了计算。
我决定换掉你 Maxis。
道理很简单,你的竞争对手提供了比你更好的配套,无限制的通话加上10GB的数据,它只是RM80+ GST= RM84.80并没有合同。
如果我还是继续支持你多13个月,我肯定是一个大笨蛋还需要支付额外的RM364.72并获得只有4GB 每月而且还要继续13个月。
所以今天下午我决定换掉你。
RM712.10你就拿去且消失吧!
再见!你不懂得感激你的忠诚客户,你以双重标准的方式来对待你的忠实客户,销售同样配套不同的价给你的用户,根本不值得拥有我们对你的支持。

The plan I signed is One Plan,monthly charges RM128+ RM30 (1GB) + GST = RM 167.48
After online viral about your double standard of selling the same package but different prices to East & West Malaysia, I start to make calculation.
I decided to port out from Maxis.
Reason is simple, your competitor is offering much better package than yours, Unlimited calls plus 10GB Data and it’s only RM80+GST=RM84.80 and no contract.
If I still continue support your service for another 13months, confirm I am a stupid dumb that need to pay additional RM364.72 and get only 4GB permonth for the next 13months.
So this afternoon I decided to port out to Celcom.
RM712.10 penalty take it and get lost.
Byebye! You don’t appreciate your loyalty customers, and you don’t deserve our Malaysian support for being double standard selling the same plan with different prices.
